I forgot my username

NOTE: Usernames are case sensitive.

Your username is essential to log into your frii.site account. If you have lost yours, you can either A: try finding it, or B: contact support.

Finding your username

If you've registered your frii.site account after July of 2024, your email most likely included your username.

Contacting support

There are a few things we need to know in order to find your account. If possible, use the same email as you signed up with. If you cannot access this email, please include that information in the support email. You need to specify atleast two of the following:

• A domain you own
• Number of domains you own
• Approximate date of when you created your account
• What country your account was created in
• Last time you accessed your account

If we locate your account, we will either

A: Email your username into the email which you signed up with B: Ask you to generate a new username
