Emails not being delivered

This most commonly happens when you're registering for an account.

Possible reasons:

  • Your mail server does not support STARTTLS (aka doesn't support TLS)
  • Email flagged as spam
    • Check your spam folder
      • If the email was marked as spam, it is possible that your provider outright hid the email
    • Can usually be solved by adding send@frii.site to a whitelist
